Key findings

Seasons late start favored adaptable, faster maturing varieties.
Highest yielding was RR Hybrid 44Y27, early maturing.
Susceptibility to frost was influenced by variety and flowering times, closer to the event.
R5520P & 506RR performed well in comparison to shorter season counterparts R3520 & 404RR.
A statistically significant difference was seen between 44Y27 & GT53 (LSD of 290Kg/Ha.
